Asian Stir Fry Noodles

These noodles are such a flavorful and quick weeknight meal that is both filling and delicious! These mushrooms have recently become one of my new favorites to add to dishes for that umami mushroom taste but more mild than button or shitake mushrooms.

This meal is packed with nutrients and is a delicious take on an asian stir fry noodle dish that you can accomplish in half the time without sacrificing any flavor!
