There are moments in life that shift everything — moments that ground you, awaken you, and remind you of your purpose. Being part of hosting my recent women’s retreat in the breathtaking landscapes of Costa Rica was one of those moments.

From the moment we arrived, there was something sacred in the air — the warm breeze, the lush jungle, the sound of nature all around us. But it was the women who joined me that made this experience unforgettable.

Each one came with her own story. Many were navigating perimenopause or menopause, seeking not just rest but a reset — a deeper connection to their bodies, their intuition, and their power. Over the course of five soul-nourishing days, we created that space together.

We Restored.
Through guided breath work, intentional practices and restorative movement classes, we released fear, softened into ourselves, and let go of what no longer served us. Each practice was a gentle reminder that healing doesn’t have to be forceful — it can be soft, slow, and sacred.

We Manifested.
We tapped into our desires, visualized what we truly want, and called it in. Journaling prompts, intention-setting rituals, and evening circles helped us awaken our inner voice — the one that knows we are already whole.

We Nourished.
Every meal was a love letter to our bodies. A team of chefs who I personally worked with created delicious, vibrant, plant-based dishes designed specifically to support hormonal balance and energy. Food became more than sustenance — it was medicine, joy, and connection.

We Connected.
This group of women — many strangers at the start — became sisters. We laughed, we cried, we shared stories under the stars. The bond we created felt ancient, like we were remembering something we already knew: we’re never alone in this journey.

As I reflect on this retreat, my heart is so full. The transformation I witnessed — in others and in myself — was nothing short of magic.

To the 16 beautiful souls who said yes to this experience: thank you. You reminded me of the power of community, the beauty of vulnerability, and the importance of honoring every stage of womanhood.
