Directions: Bring 24oz of spring water to a boil. Place 1 tablespoon of tea in water and let boil for 20 minutes. Steep for 1 hour. Drink 12oz at bedtime and 12oz first thing in the morning before consuming food. Drink consistently for 7 days.
