The Best Air Fried French Fries

If you don’t have an air fryer, this will be the reason you purchase one. These fries taste better than any stove top or oven baked fries. They are crispy and perfectly seasoned. I don’t usually eat french fries but every now and again I’ll make it for my family, then sneak a couple for myself. These are so addictive be sure to make extra!

2 large russet potatoes

1 tbsp grapeseed oil

My Vegan Kitchen All Purpose Seasoning

Peel your potatoes with a potato peeler or knife. Use a mandolin to cut perfect 1/4 inch fry shapes or you can do it by hand.

On medium high heat bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add your peeled fries to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes. Do not over cook. Potatoes should still be slightly firm. Drain potatoes and allow them to cool down. Add My Vegan Kitchen All Purpose Seasoning and oil. Gently toss to combine the seasoning and place fries in the air fryer. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees and cook until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Be sure to check on fries while cooking to make sure they are browning evenly.
