Avocado Toast

Avocado toast is a quick and easy way to eat a balanced meal. Avocados are loaded with good for you fat, combined with delicious and nutritious ingredients your body craves. This avocado toast is not only delicious it will keep you full for most of the morning.

1 ripe avocado

a squeeze of lime juice

red onion chopped

cilantro chopped

jalapeño chopped

cherry tomatoes sliced in half

Balsamic drizzleń

green onions finely chopped

salt to taste

Your favorite toast

In a small bowl or mortar add the onion, cilantro, lime juice and jalapeño. Use a fork or pestle to combine the ingredients. Once the ingredients are combined add the avocado. Leave the avocado a bit chunky. Season to taste. Place the avocado mixture on your favorite toast, add the tomatoes, sprinkle the green onions and drizzle the balsamic drizzle.
